We are Kingdom Cavaliers of South Texas. We
breed and exhibit this enchanting breed. Our Cavaliers are from
very impressive European and American champion lines. We also
have a few of our own champs, and continue to be active in the
show ring.
All of our Cavaliers live in our house with the family. When you
have six home-schooled kids, this really makes for a full house.
:o) The very young puppies are born and kept in our bedroom the
first few weeks of life. Once they start trying to walk around
and play, they get moved to an exercise pen in the living room.
They get held numerous times a day by numerous people - two
adults, three teenagers, one middle school boy, one grade school
child, and even a preschooler. :^) The pups come pre-conditioned
to noise, lol.
We feed our fur kids only all natural, top quality dog food,
with an emphasis on organic raw meat, bones and organs. We get
ground lamb breast, duck necks, turkey hearts, ground
beef/hearts, fresh green tripe, etc. If "you are what your eat,"
then our fur kids are in pretty good shape. ;^] They also get
natural, food based vitamin/mineral supplements on a daily
basis.
We are very meticulous about supporting our Cavaliers' immune
systems. With healthy immune systems and good nutrition, they
are able to realize their fullest potential. We believe that if
we want our Cavaliers' progeny to be top-notch, we must give our
Cavaliers the best care we can. We know they are giving us their
all, so we honor them by doing our very best for them!
We have our Cavaliers checked out by one of our vets on an
annual basis. He takes a close look at the eyes, hips, and
knees, and checks the heart via auscultation/EKG. We have a
sales contract for our pups and offer a 1-year genetic health
guarantee, and a 3-year genetic health guarantee on MVD and SM.
All puppies that are placed in a new home will have a current
health certificate from one of our vets. Our vets all obtained
their veterinary training through Texas A & M University.
We ask for 1/3 of the total cost as deposit. For a down payment
we prefer a bank draft, money order, or cashier's check. When
mailing a payment, it needs to be mailed with delivery
confirmation, please. This way you will have confirmation that
your down payment has been received, and we will will have a
tracking number in the meantime. As soon as we receive the
tracking number we will put your chosen pup on hold.
The puppy needs to be a minimum of 8 weeks old before leaving
his/her Mom. We ask that the balance is paid within one month
after the deposit has been paid. We will need no more than 1
week to get your puppy to our vet and then sent/delivered to you
once the balance has been paid.
